Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative in the Desoto area, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of HVAC parts and equipment with designated key customers – mostly HVAC contractors.  This will be accomplished through the development of business relationships and positioning the Fissco Supply solution as a strategic advantage for the customer.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:Â
- Place outside sales calls with assigned accounts.Â
- Consult with customers to offer solutions for their HVAC needs.Â
- Prospecting new business accounts within assigned territory.Â
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Utilize our Business Intelligence software to monitor and evaluate assigned accounts
- Deliver superior service and solutions •
- Be part of the team - working closely with the team at your assigned branch as well as our Branch Support office

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred or High School Diploma with commensurate experience
- Technical knowledge of HVAC products
- Demonstrated sales success by offering solutions and adding value
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in outside sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization and planning
