At Fissco Supply we work hard to deliver quality products, in excellent condition. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or the incorrect products were provided.


Returns for Unused Products

We can process returns for unused products and will refund only items purchased from Fissco Supply. To set up a return for unused products, you will need to bring the product to one of our locations with-in 30 days from the day your order shipped or was pick up.


Requirements to receive a refund, please make sure of the following:

  • All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
  • The product must be free from damages, scratches and/or defects
  • All merchandise must not have been installed
  • You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and unopened
  • All free or gift items including accessories must be included with your return
  • There cannot be any writing or additional labels on the original manufacturer packaging.
    1. PLEASE NOTE: Items sold as Clearance or Overstock are not eligible for return.


The purchaser is responsible for any cost incurred while returning the product. Any original freight charges incurred during the original sale will not be refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.


Non-Returnable Items

Any special order, or Clearance items are not eligible for return. A special-order item is anything that Fissco Supply does not keep stock to sell, and has to purchase direct from a supplier. We do not accept returns or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. However, the manufacturer’s warranty still applies to these items. If you require assistance with a Non-Returnable item, please contact our customer service team.


Ordered the Wrong Products or Received Incorrect Products (Not What You Ordered)

If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you can return the product as long as all return requirements are meet and the product is not a Non-Returnable item. You will need to bring the product to one of our locations with-in 30 days from the day your order shipped or was pick up. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or the incorrect products was provided.


Received Defective Products

Fissco Supply must be notified of defective products within 30 days of receipt. For any HVAC Equipment that is installed but not working, you MUST contact Fissco Supply’s Technical trainer. Our trainer will request jobsite testing be done, and/or jobsite forms required. If our trainer confirms the product is defective, they will approve a unit replacement (if available or substituted to an equivalent). For faster parts replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) ordered when we receive your return product). If you do not place a new order, we will ship your new items after we receive your return. Fissco Supply will pay the shipping cost associated with the replacement.


Received a Damaged Package

If you received damaged items, you must notify Fissco Supply within 2 business days of receipt. You must notate any carrier delivery documents about the damaged product(s). For faster product replacement, we can place a new order for the replacement items and ship them out to you as soon as possible (you will be credited for the full amount of the original item(s) ordered when we receive your return). If you do not place a new order, we will ship your replacement items after we receive your return. All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.


Return Procedure

  • Check return eligibility
    1. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
    2. The product must be free from damages, scratches and/or defects
    3. All merchandise must not have been installed
    4. You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and unopened
    5. All free or gift items including accessories must be included with your return
    6. There cannot be any writing or additional labels on the original manufacturer packaging.
    7. Product is not a Non-returnable item
  • Return the product to any Fissco Supply location to be inspected.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned items.
