The Copeland Scroll ZRK5 compressor includes 20 new design enhancements that provide enhanced temperature control and improved efficiency, which adds expert reliability and performance you can rely on. Copeland Scroll ZRK5 offers a line of replacement compressors, available from 1.5-5 HP, which deliver new levels of performance. The compressor is optimized for R-22 and R-407C refrigerants, which are designed for post-2010 aftermarket service applications. Copeland Scroll has opened the door in the HVAC business by providing a compressor that is both environmentally friendly and innovative. Due to the phase-out of hydro chlorofluorocarbons, Emerson focused on designing a product line for aftermarket replacement needs. The ZRK5 has been engineered with the latest in technology and innovation. ZRK5 is available with polyol ester (POE) lubricants to increase compatibility with both R-22 and hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant applications like R-407C. The product line for the ZRK5 compressor has been consolidated from 51 to 12 models for easier compressor stocking.
